Godfrey Street & Teen Challenge Road

Saturday, May 5, 2007

Company #27 crews were at station preparing for a vehicle rescue training drill with the Lebanon County EMT Class, when the unmistakable sound of crunching metal was heard from about a block away.  27-11 (Bashore) immediately headed to the intersection 1 block east of our station.  On location, he reported a 2 vehicle accident with minor injuries.  The company responded with Car #27 (QRS), Rescue #27 and Engine #27-1.  Crews provided patient care and performed hazard and traffic control until the vehicles were removed from the scene.

Our thanks go out to the members of Lawn Fire & EMS who responded from the class with QRS #180 to assist us with patient care.

Crews were in service for a little over an hour, before returning heading out for the training session.

PICS TO BE POSTED SOON!
