CAD MSG: *D MVAWITH  38 REHRERSBURG RD 0065 VEH INTO PHONE POLE // COMP STATING THE MALE INSIDE IS POSS CLASS 5

Enroute to scene, EMS already requested to fly PennStar for Class 1 male patient (driver), so Company #54 was requested for LZ.  Rescue #27 went to work and requested Rescue #31 to scene due to extent of entrapment and heat.  After extensive work patient was extricated at 1940, and transported to TRHMC.
