At 5:25 PM, Companies #54 and #27 were dispatched for an odor of smoke in a mobile home.  Almost immediately a second call was received from a neighbor reporting flames showing.  The full station responded and ENG27-1, ENG27, TANK27 arrived almost simultaneously, and initiated the attack.  TANK50 arrived soon thereafter and assisted with water supply and overhaul.  Fire contained to the bathroom area of the home.  Although the mobile home was damaged, crews were able to help residents salvage most of the contents.  CMD54 also requested  53 (Frystown), 50 (Strausstown), and TANK28 (Mount Aetna) to be dispatched.  Crews were in service a little less than 2 hours.
