CRESSONA TEXTILE WAREHOUSE

Company 27, along with Companies 41 and 50 were dispatched at 3:26 AM to assist the Cressona Borough Fire Department (Schuylkill County) with water supply at the scene of a large commercial building fire at Front Street and Railroad Street.

Tanker 27, Engine 27-1, and Rescue 27 responded with a crew of 14.  Tanker 27 assisted in shuttling water, while Engine 27-1 was utilized in a 5" relay.  Strausstown Tanker 50 and Shartlesville Tanker 41 also were used to shuttle water.  Squad 50 also responded for manpower.
